Any software to monitor network?

both user using the same modem..

one via USB to modem, another via wireless network adaptor http://www.ruckuswireless.com/products/mediaflex-home-products/mediaflex-2200 Ruckus VF2811.

The user connected via USB to modem is the administrator.

Wonder if the administrator can

1) control the bandwidth
2)monitor what activity the other user doing?

You have to telnet or webmail into the device and check whether you can monitor the bandwidth. It depends on the function that comes along. DSA3600 can monitor.
