wireless problem when using it at home

Hi all,

my user has a problem with his wireless software using dell latitudeD430 when he bring it home to connect to his wireless which is scv starhub cable modem using linksys router.

The connection will keep cut off every 30minutes or so but when he use it in office there is no problem. Is there anyway to fix this issue?

It's a guessing game.
I'll start with the router and work to the client.

Stuff to check at the router will be.
Does the connection drop with a wired connection?
Have you secured your wifi with WPA?
Have you changed to a different channel for lesser inteference with your neighbour's wifi?
Can you update your drivers for your laptop (given that it doesn't drop in the office, unlikely).
