downloading problem!!

when i want to dl a file from depositfiles.com it ALWAYS says: your IP address is currently downloading a file, please try again later OR your download limit has exceeded, please try again later OR you are downloading a file already, parallel downloads are not allowed.

even though im not downloading anything at all... i ve tried to clear cookies and restarting my com its still like that....how???

Similar to rapidshare problem la. Due to transparent proxy.

DepositFiles service recognizes users by their IP addresses, but the IP address is not always the IP address of your computer.
It is possible that your internet provider(or home network,internet cafe or any other public network) conceals your computer's IP address by means of proxy,NAT or other technology, so that Depositfiles treats the requests from several users of this provider/network as those coming from one and the same IP address.

To avoid overload for free accounts we introduced the limitation: one IP address can download only one file at the given moment of the time.

This limitations is not applicable to Gold accounts.

We recommend you to try downloading this file later or change the settings of your internet connection in order to change your IP address (please consult your provider on this matter).

If you opt for the free service then you have to queue up with the rest and wait till everyone else on your ISP to not download from it so you can take your turn. If you do not want to queue then just pay for the Gold membership.
