lan port up lorry?

yesterday was using internet fine and shutdown afterwards. today morning startup then the internet connection is lost.. got the icon at the taskbar showing me the disconnected sign.
try to replug everything , restart modem , change ethernet cables, reset modem, reinstall lan drivers.. but to no avail. My Mobo Lan Port Up Lorry liao?

Check if it's enabled in BIOS. Also, is the LED on the LAN port lit up? What's the status you see in Device Manager?

As for the connection, is it directly to the modem, or is it a router? How many LAN ports does the router/modem have? If more than 1, have you tried connecting to the other available LAN ports?

yes enabled in bios, led on port is green, status is still working properly in device manager. im using router.forget to mention that this cpu at home i try b4 also the port also not working well.. at home im using direct connection from the modem.. then after awhile starts working again then i bring to the office and use . after 1 week at office now same problems comes again. maybe should buy a lan card?

Just get a lan card from the HWZ computer garage sales, five bucks could save you all the trouble
