Any Settings to change to optimize the Singnet Connection?

Hi.

Is there any settings i can change to my 2WIRE router modem to optimize/prevent any random disconnection from the Internet (Internet light become red)...

By the way, I have given up on the Customer Support Hotline since they are always giving me the one and only solution which doesn't work... Therefore I try to change some configuration on my side to enhance the connection...

Their suggestion solution is either delete those temporary files in the IE options, reset the modem or send a line man down to check the phone lines.

Currently I am not doing any changes to my configuration yet.

I oso keep having this problem. The connection will suddenly cut off...then i hav to wait for quite sometimes then can connect to the internet again...anyone noe how to solve this problem anot?

Anyway, dun think we need to ask you line stats before you will provide it right?
