If you can afford US$10, just buy it through Google Apps - you'll at least get free email hosting on your domain.

if support, what script they support, is only html ?

It's only email hosting on Gmail. Get your own web hosting solution if you want that service. Also, your web host has to properly configure certain settings if you want to retain email hosting on Google Apps (contact your web host for more information/assistance).

u can try godaddy.com name.com or domain.com. i personally always buy from domain.com @ $9.95 USD.

get from godaddy.com. u have to search for coupon for less than $9.99 .com domain.
