M1 Huawei Modem to be use with Singnet SIM Card [Archive]

Hi peeps.

Just wondering if anyone have tried this. I've been trying to use the Huawei E960 with my colleague's Singnet SIM card and can't seemed to be able to get it working. Changed the APN to Singnet's "Internet" and dial number to *99#. PPP Authentication is at CHAP+PAP.

Is there any other settings that I have to set?

I heard M1 modem is sim locked.Only work with their sim.

yes, confirmed locked... u go their website... it stated clearly there... so mx modem has no value.......
