Utorrent Port Problem ?

I have a funny problem here !

I opened port 38838 on my comp.

On Utorrent, I get the green Network OK tick (my network connection is working like it should)

But when I test if the port 38838 is open, I get -

Checking port 38838 on 220.255.7.151...
An error has occurred!An error has occurred!
Port 38838 does not appear to be open.

I used http://www.canyouseeme.org/ to check and I got the same result !

Why is this so ah ?

Guess you are on starhub. If so, it is due to transparent proxy.

I already forwarded all the ports properly with my 2wire modem.

I also turned off my windows firewall.
