can i use other service provider device on my singtel data plan sim card?

if the usb mobile broadband modem was from any of the local telecoms here then yes u would be able to get it to work.

if you are going to get one you might as well get the E180..

you need to create a new profile if you are going to use the SIM card of another provider though. do a quick search and see if you can find it..
