Starhub internet problem in jurong area

Hi all

Any guy stayingin jurong facing problem with Starhub internet problem yesterday.

My connection suddenly lag. for example it will download at full speed said about 200 - 300 kb/s for 10 min then drop to 10 kb /s and IE loading very slow. after 10 -20 min, back to normal and this goes on the same throughtout the night.

Call Starhub they say no problem. Is my OS got problem. i connect direct to cable modem.
i use utorrent to download

Ya Right i stay at Taman Jurong near Cisco Warehouse. Call up Starhub they say nothing wrong. So it is not my computer problem. Thanks.

took forever to load hardwarezone and vr zone site!!!

at first i though undersea cable cut again but later from your post, it seems to affect jurong area only

Today i try to call 1633 and they give me a message saying that " due to heavy volume of call, it take longer time to attend " and ask us to email. Fish them, they dont want to rectify. LET ALL CALL THEM and complaint together or it will take forever to rectify.

I am living in taman jurong.
Lakeside primary sch area there....

Internet sucks.... Just 3user using the internet, never download, never do anything.
Loading of internet webpage will timeout, refresh few times no problem already.... sometimes it get annoying because you have to refresh 2-3times for 1page.. zzz

I'm at Pandan Gardens, just slightly off from Taman Jurong.

My connection is quite sucky too. Initially, i thought perhaps coz of 2 computers sharing the connection n tat's y it's pretty slow... But e ****ty problem occurs even when only 1 of us is using the comp...

For example, photos for facebook simply takes forever to load... Certain site wouldn't even load until u refresh a few times.. Sucks!!

I'm really contemplating of jumping to Singnet... Cheaper for the same internet connection...
