singnet bb server problem?

anyone encountered singnet bb connectivity issue last night till this morning?:s11:
called the techical support and they took 30 mins to pick up my call, apparently quite a number of people having issues last night.

p/s - btw i live in punggol area

aiya, every other day where got call center not busy one.
so, what sort of connectivity issue? so far no one complain or was aware i guess

i dun think the call center is busy... it is just the person "away" for a while..

the problem is the internet connection will suddenly be cut off. the internet light will be blinking on my mio box.. but the funny thing is that i am still connected in my warhammer online game with no issues, but my mozilla firefox can't connect to any webby, the same for my msn.:s11:

after awhile the light will stop blinking and i have to reconnect the cable to make it get connected again.
