[ROM] with foreigners of different pass

With the raising amount of foreigners in singapore...

ROM with student pass holder

ROM with work permit holder/EP

ROM with PR

ROM with local citizens

Anyone knows the different between these few?
Or are they allow or not to ROM?

Yes, they are allowed to.


Foreigner-to-Foreigner Marriage.
They just have to register with their respective embassies. Not in our ROM register.

I think there are some restrictions for Foreigners holding work passes when it comes to getting married or pregnant with other Foreigners.

If any 1 party is a PR or a Local. Normal Rules apply.
