Starhub MOL and uTorrent

Hi, would like to check with u guys how come my DL speed is always the most i get is 70 to 80 kbps, if not wil be just 20 to 30 kbps..

I do check and there is many seeds and my frenz all hitting 300 to 400 kbps..
I had done the port forwarding as well

I am using the free linksys router..
any setting to be done??
