2wire hgv2700-2 problem

Hi all, my mio box 2wire hgv2700-2 is having a problem, namely the led indicator just flashes red. After doing some searching, I speculate it is due to the power adapter problem. As such the only solution would be to exchange the power adapter. However I don't know where the service centre is. I saw some threads mentioning toa payoh, but can I have the exact address?

Look below yr mio box. There should be a service sticker with the service center hotline no. Anyway, the service agent is Malifax Technologies Pte Ltd www.malifax.com.sg.

Nagative on the sticker below the mio box. Couldn't find any service centre hotline. Also tried the packaging box, not there either.

Means the internet does nt load at all?

as in the modem cannot be started up. whenever i turn on the power the modem "power" led will be permanently red. anyone has the same problem?

call them = sure bring down. call Singtel and make noise better. hahahas.
