Software to monitor PC upload and download speed

Any Software that I can install to monitor TCP/IP uploading and downloading speed?

It would be good if

- Dial up (3G)
- LAN

I remember there is a free software. But just can't find that post in IBNC.

I have been using paid version DU Meter for 5 years now and lately switched to NetMeter.

The monitor version is free, and it includes very detailed bandwidth statistics too. Only the version with limits cost you $$$.;)
