hi all, if i'm using broadband on mobile(singtel) in taiwan, will it be deed as singnet if someone track my IP?

I've no idea what you're mentioning in your second part but prepare to pay hundreds for using your internet in Taiwan.

Just go to a nearby lan cafe for a fraction of the price.

Yup, never do tat in overseas. Only use it locally (Singapore). You can always make use of the hotel's WiFi to get into the net from yr mobile or lappy. :D

taipei has wireless state wide? if i am not wrong , i got wifi signal everywhere i walk in taipei
