I went to my account manager to see if my contract for SH had ended. The account manager state no contract. So I called SH tat i wish to recontract, then they say cannot becoz my contract end at june. I told them I saw at my account manager is no contract, y they say still got. I didnt keep my contract paper when i sign last time...sigh..any other way to check?

Ask them to send u a copy of the contract which u signed last time? They shld a copy of it in their archives in case of any dispute like ur's.

That's a longer waiting time than striking 4D.

Email them again and ask if you are under contract. Take note of the rep's FULL NAME who replied to you, and ask him/her how to recontract (if he/she says you are no longer on contract).

In case you are attended by another rep when you ask to recontract, you got the full name of the person who told you that you are not under a contract.
