Weird Speedtest! it stop at a point and start to drain the speed. (for months)

Hi, i have no idea why.... i went to speedtest.net to test my speed. when it was calculating the downloading speed.. it arrow stop at certain point and then the download speed start to decreases.... no end.. it just keep decrease.. this has happened for months now every time i try.. it's not just speedtest.net i tried other site that is similar to speedtest.net too.. it has the same problem... and i have found no one else having that problem like i do......

anyone can help me up?

speedtest just a rough guage. normally you dl files from sites speed will ultimately drop over time, factoring a good or a bad server.
