The hotmail when login is in chinese and page cannot be displayed. But when click into email is in english.
Very strange lei.
Ang idea how to solve?

If it's a Windows XP, check settings under "Control Panel" -> "Regional and Language Options"

Change the default language in the live.com page @ the top right corner under option.
