Hi i got a little problem. when i never remove my internet mio box connection wire i heard funny sound and my caller id display got funny number at my home telephone. but when i remove mio box conenction wire the sound is gone and caller id display back to normal. so is this my modem problem or telephone problem. i am singtel user and i using 2701HGV-E.

I know this maybe at wrong thread but hope anyone gt this experience can share with me and how to solve it cos i call singtel customer service alot of time scare later they charge me $$ thanks

Did you pluck into the voice call port instead of the phone port in the upper most end of the modem..........

which hole u mean. i put in the 1st hole name call phone line.

Any microfilter used or not? You should have been given quite a few.

yes i have. i using the old model black wan. thanks for fast reply on how to solve it

this is note very big problem.you can solve this by using basic help option in ms.try it else you can search in SEO. you will get lot answers.
