Hi guys. I've encountered a problem while trying to bridge my MIO Box (2701HGV-E Gateway) with my D-Link Router (DGL-4300). My D-Link always fails to "dial" to Singnet to gain the internet connection.
I've tried to follow the example from this thread (http://forums.hardwarezone.com.sg/showthread.php?t=2290462). Followed the settings that alvino77 (the threadstarter) used for his MIO Box.
So basically, this is the SS of my MIO Box:
MIO Box's IP address: 192.168.1.254
Settings:

Services:
http://i95.photobucket.com/albums/l136/ugeneleow/2wire_Routing.png
I am not really sure if this interferes with the bridging or not, so I'd just place the SS here too:

Static Routes:

My DGL-4300's firmware is the latest version (v1.9) and here are the settings:
DGL-4300's IP address: 192.168.0.1.
I also tried to follow danxiaogui86's thread (http://forums.hardwarezone.com.sg/showthread.php?t=1563271) on bridging his DGL-4300 router, but I didn't understand what they said about the DMZplus method (http://forums.hardwarezone.com.sg/showpost.php?p=27318798&postcount=18).

** I added the DNS servers manually after I failed to connect, but to no avail.

** The routing table seems to be a little weird as compared to my MIO Box's. That's because I do not have any computers that are assigned to that IP address.
Status after attempting to connect:

** Regarding the network status, whenever I clicked "Connect", the the status goes from "Establishing" to "Disconnected".
I merely changed the settings for my MIO Box to prepare it for bridging mode so that I do not need to spend time to re-convert it back to modem/router mode, but I resetted the DGL-4300 to factory settings first before doing the abovementioned settings.
Can anyone tell me where I've gone wrong in this setup, and the way to correct it? Help is really appreciated! :o
Thanks.
