Currently I'm using Internet Connection Sharing to share the bandwidth from my maxmobile plan between my desktop and notebook. Just wondering if it is possible to connect the Huawei E270 usb modem to a router and access the internet from the two machines via the router? If that is possible, which router would be compatible or recommended?
Any form of assistance is appreciated. Thanks.

lol ... liangtam so u remember me.
Actually I would like to confirm, anyway I'm not sure which router would be most suitable for my situation. I've contacted starhub yesterday, but the technical staff has yet to reply. So I thought I may be able to confirm with you guys instead. Maybe some of you have already tried that configuration. Thanks anyway for your previous assistance.

Ya can look for a 3g router that support your USB stick. Dlink, zyxel and sapido should have the router ya need

Just tried the Huawei E270 with the Dlink DIR-655, managed to connect to starhub, but couldn't connect to the internet. What could possibly be the problem?
