Did Starhub unlock cable modem config page?

I remember a long time ago, http://192.168.100.1 only showed a simple page with firmware version.

When I tried it out today, I got some more details. Did Starhub do something?

this page is there all the while
only thing is missing is the location of the cable modem's config file

but now with mol ultimate, there's no need to uncap your modem any further

can anyone check if they still can access the config page? after i restart the modem today, the page is blank again.

i can only see the help page with the modem version only.. cannot press anythin one.. SB4100..

it was unlocked for short period of time. if u restart ur modem, no more unlock page.

how to see the page? is it need to connect directly to modem?
and is it any model of modem also can see?
