does realvnc bypass all the proxy and firewall automatically?
i been using www.teamviewer.com for years...been working fine for me....not sure about the security on this software i am not expert

*VNC requires you to forward ports. Also, the last time I used RealVNC, I've to manually enable its encryption, and both the server and the viewer have to support the same encryption method.
It's even mentioned at their FAQ:

I'm currently using logmein personally for 4 computers (those PCs are well-spread at SG, US, AU, and ID). So far so good, so I'm sticking to it.

or u can always open ports to allow Remote Desktop connection
