For redudancy why not get 1xSingNet and 1xStarhub MOL Plus plan. You can also get additional Free Digital Voice and 3.5G unlimited plan.

So care to share why the need for 2? Are you renting a place to stay or renting out, and want to maintain 2 separate broadband accounts?
As liangtam mentioned, you can have as many as you can afford. There will likely be no impact to the performance of each.

One household can sign up to 4 MIO plans actually. But considering y9ou are just asking for half of that, I'm sure that's fine.
I have 2 BB and fixed lines at home as well. Works great! One for my sis, and one for me, it's not redundant, it's actually quite pratical for very heavy users who does not like the idea of sharing bandwidth - similar to the fat green pipe. No offence.
