internet expert help!

todae my mio plan come n as my phone had to go wif the modem the service guy suggest the modem to be in the living room..so i get a new adator n replace the old modem n router thn is connected to my desktop but after i install n try to connect into the mio modem i kip getting limited conectivity as in unable to connect to the internet...y ar??i google all most of them sae is sp3 fault shuld i go delete my sp3??:s11::s11:

Disable your wireless setting. Use LAN and see if your internet works.

If it does, then it's the wireless setting.

i think is the wireless prob..or my com prob...cuz i my laptop n my father desktop using vista works perfectly well.

Remove the wireless setting in your computer. Re-connect to your wireless, and enter the password..
