sry for double posting hope some1 here can help me solve my pro asap...todae my mio plan come n as my phone had to go wif the modem the service guy suggest the modem to be in the living room..so i get a new adator n replace the old modem n router thn is connected to my desktop but after i install n try to connect into the mio modem i kip getting limited conectivity as in unable to connect to the internet...y ar??i google all most of them sae is sp3 fault shuld i go delete my sp3??

use 192.168.1.254 to access the mio modem's settings :P

try off firewall liao but no use...its wireless..it sae cnt renew ip add..

Limited connectivity with wireless would generally be encountered if the WEP key has been entered wrongly. Try removing the current wireless profile on your PC and enter again.

It doesn't matter if it's running or not.

The problem is obviously what's going on between the wireless router and the wireless adapter, not the Internet connectivity.

As already mentioned, find out the correct WEP key and make sure you enter them correctly.

Oh, and by the way, make sure you're connecting to the correct wireless network, since your neighbours could be on MIO too, and all start with 2WIREXXX.
