XP BSOD after installing win 7

i have been using win 7 for the past few days and now i switch back to xp and i leave my com on over the nite and when i woke up n go to my com i see a BSOD

i hide my partitions using acronis disk director when using individual OS

it happened again
it is reported as hardware error
error came out as: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
technical error is STOP:0x0000000A

i just took out my rams and put it back again and its all back to normal
