Can anyone help with this BBand?

I am currently using the Vodafone USB device with M! broadband connection on my lappie... At times, i can have the connection strength as excellent but the download speed can be as bad as 0bp/s... Any explanation and any solution?

1: Try same Modem on other computer (same locations) see how

2: report this issue to M1 if Same location with different Pc also face the same problem.

Thanks... I've tried at diff locations including my own home and my fiancee's... Same problem persist...
