modem need to be near phone socket.miotv comes comes from modem.2 euiptment.if your modem in the bedroom and tv in th living room,u need to run rj45 cable from modem(bedroom) to STB(living room tv).OR use aztech powerline pair set which one attached to the modem and the other other pair attached to the STB.the data is sent tru power electricity cable in your house.to use powerline,make sure your house is using one faceboard(electric circuit board).shouldnt be a problem for hdb and condo house:s12:
