Dlink stuff are like that

it works on the first lap
that it doesn't on the second lap

reset the configuration to default and see whether it works again with a stronger signal

if not
"exchannge" a new one

Try changing to another wireless channel. There could have channel interference from nearby.

I tried changing to another channel for once, still nt much diff, reset default, still the same thus restore back the settings..

Any proggy to scan what channel my neighbour are using ? Cos my neighbour's signal is fullbar whereby mine is jus 1bar or 2 :(

Doesn't D-Link products have limited lifetime warranty?

have you try to reflash the firmware? try to get the latest firmware from D-Link singapore website, make sure your maid never unscrew your antenna while cleaning your room hahahah happen once to me before huahahaha, also changing channel can be one of the option, because your neighbour might just get a new AP or Router which causing interference, try to switch off the auto scan channel and try the channel by channel, see if this help :)

If you're still using the default SSID (dlink), consider changing to something unique instead.

best option is to change channel to test it....
If not you might want to try resetting the router and flash it to the latest firmware.

After you have done so, do testing again, make sure you done your wireless security settings (wpa/wep..etc)

No use calling them. Read my post here: http://forums.hardwarezone.com.sg/showthread.php?p=37951824&posted=1#post37951824

They are no help. You will get better help from members here.

Maybe can try moving away your cordless phone and base station even though they are off. See if it help. The router and phone both uses same frequency 2.4Ghz. Though phone off, it may still interfere?
