No, i was using 10Mb/s and change to 8Mb/s but not much different in monthly charge but 2Mb/s low speed. I called them to check if i can change they say cannot have to wait for 2 years :s27:.

But it's not like overseas webpage loading speed for 10mbps is a lot faster than your 3mb connection.

You need to consider the difference in upload speed also.
