Hi guys & ladies out there.. need some advises here..

i have been having problem of reconnecting server with this game www.pristontale.com
i asked my online friend, either starhub or singnet user said they have no problem at all.

Thus i called singnet on 24/4 to ask. and they asked me to do a tracert and send to them.
the result show like this:

they said they have to refer to lvl 2 networking ppl which is not on duty right now. (i called after office hours coz that the time i am at home) and they said they will call me regarding the result.

however i waited 1 week no respond, so i thought they might not have my HP number. so i called singnet tech support again on 1st may and gave them my HP number. they said they will get back to me soon.

but i wait another 1 week still no respond. so i called on 8 may, the guy name naren said they will call me either monday(11/5) or tuesday (12/5).
i also did a speedtest myself on 8may, result show like this:

but up to now i still haven't get any call. i just wants to know what's wrong and any way to solve it. but they don't respond to me at all.

is it possible i am on a 1mbps so they ignore me?
i thinking of upgrade but i can only upgrade on june1 coz of my contract, so it means i can't play my game until june?

advises greatly appreciated!

isnt the server in korea instead instead of canada?

The server is on Samsung Networks in RoK.

I see the same thing on Tracert. However, I have no problems accessing the websites of both www.pristontale.com and www.pristontale2.com. The request timed out on the tracert is likely due to network devices blocking the ping protocol.

With regards to your not being able to connect to the game. Have a look at this ...

not started with 116.14 so should be alright?

sorry i am new to networking, may i know what it mean by proxy tunneling?

in simple term, it means singnet is blocking my game server?

Maybe a faulty network device along the way or bad settings.

oh my i didn't see it!

i did a tracert again and get the same ip address.

ok i re-start my modem now!

i type "ipconfig/release" den "ipconfig/renew" into command prompt.

after that i restart my modem and off it for a few mins

but i still get back the same ip address.

anyone can advise?

Was it the exact same IP address, all for numbers the same? If you are on premiumsurf you may have a static address. Ipconfig only deals with your LAN IP address between your computer and your modem.

What you need is a logout and login from within your modem. I guess this can also be done by restarting your modem. I guess you logged in and received a similar address.

i called singnet again and they say will call me within ½ hr but i have waited for 1 hour still no call >.<!

any advise guys & ladies?

i keep disable/enable my connection keep get the same ip.
singnet reply said there is nothing wrong with my internet.
