Singnet Broadband Contract Renewal

Hi guys, i recently renew my 3mbps contract and also upgraded it to 6mbps.

The change is suppose to take effect on the 11 May.

However, I dun see any different in speed right now.

I am using a speedtouch cable modem, do I have to reconnect the modem or do anything to it?

I call the singtel and they say there is no problem with my connection.

However i run a speed test online and the download speed is still around 3899kbps...

guys any idea? i dun wan to pay for a 6mbps but ended up using a 3mpbs!

it only makes a difference if u're using p2p

Yeah upgrading of speed won't affect your surfing speed in any way...

It only affects your p2p and downloading/uploading of files lo...
