Did anyone in Bukit Panjang/Timah faced brief starhub lag?

I think something is wrong with 172.*.*.* starhub servers. This was about 15 mins ago

doesn't matter even if nothing responded to you on the router path. as long as you wanna reach facebook and you get a response from facebook's IP, that's the only response time you will get and should care about. all you see is just starhub router boh hiew your icmp packets.

facebook was used as an test site.

But thing was, i was also facing connection problem to hwz and even google..keep getting timeout error :s11:
