Well, services are NOT always about cost leh.

Much like u go wet market pick fishes that are fresh than the piles which may not be that great but still cost SAME price

pacnet doesn't care about residential business anymore, it is obvious for so long with no marketing for consumers.

The report is too simplistic to be of any real use.

True that it's simplistic, but it's the only independent report I came across so far, and it's by IDA, THE authority. I believe all service provider has to report their SLA to IDA, it's like an annual report to SGX (an analogy). So, how true/accurate are corporate's annual report to SGX. Anyway, take it with a pinch of salt...
