when downloading a file from fast server (speed greater than 300kb/sec), single connection only
the ping increase to 2000ms to starhub for EVERY wrbsite, so that mean you cannot really surf properly

if you can substantiate this with starhub and also have them see the same results (ping latency) from their end, you can convince them to reboot their router.

ping, first jump (222.165.16.1, cm1.theta16.maxonline.com.sg) of any website is 1000-2000ms (normal 16ms), if i am downloading at great speed, eg from megaupload

also notice download speed from megaupload drop too
before is >500kb/sec now is below 500kb/sec never above it.
