Starhub slow connection

Hi all

Have any user of Mobile Broadband Starhub encounter connection slow? or sometimes connection interruption pls try again when browse internet?.

Lately my starhub mobile broadband is very slow and when i do testing using www.speedtest.net it show me horrible low and slow bandwidth. I send feedback to starhub but nothing help out even make the line more slow.

I using package Mobile Broadband 7.2mbps but i getting 0.2Mbps to 0.3Mbps then i also receive a feedback from starhub advise me using cable connection, but it different from what i complain about..i complain slow and low connection not asking which packages are better.

Have any bro and sis encounter this problem?...

Sorry to hear this. But the locations u used your mobile BB is important.

Have you try moving to another location and try? (From Boon Lay move to Suntec city).


See if equipment issue or network overload.
