i want to colocate my server at some ISP, but dunno which 1 is gd and reliable. I am having a budget of ard $200-$250/mth. The website holds a web-based crm for the company. running on .net, and mssql 2k5.
i would need to remotely backup some files time n time. i wonder will security be an issue here... thanks in advance :)

Are you looking at ISPs only (i.e. one of the 3)? ISPs don't do individual server colocation, only by racks. Definitely out of your budget.
For a single server, there are many colocation companies around.
For remote backup, there are many ways of achieving better security, such as using FTP-over-SSH, or scheduling the FTP service on the server to turn on only between specific times.
