I don't know if this is wols or not, but did Starhub's download speed get bumped up again?
I haven't downloaded anything from high bandwidth servers for a long time so I didn't notice it till just now.
My speed hit 2.5MBytes/s and I thought my download application was screwing up.
But when I went to SpeedTest to check, this is what I actually saw.

I'm on MaxOnline Premium, and prior to this, the max I ever got was 13Mbits/s. Anyone got the same "upgrade"?
yes something is totally odd. im suppose to be on express.

retested with other servers and it seems only the local one can get such speeds.

WOLS.
Local bandwidth up to 30mbps.
Those using the Docsis 3.0 modem should achieve up to 100mbps
International bandwidth remains as normal.

I believe that is only from partner sites.

Starhub partnered speedtest? Or they consider Speedtest a partner site? :s13:
That's a dead giveaway that they prioritised traffic to the speed testing sites. Numbers manipulation again.

I don't think this has anything to do with partnered sites.
I'm on MOL Express and getting high speeds from Adobe, Ati and Microsoft sites (most likely from their local mirrors). Speeds range between 20-30 mbps.
