SingNet Broadband Need Proxy?

Can I know anyone able to surf all local and overseas websites without using the SingNet proxy?

Why is it that my account I will need to put the proxy server in the browser in order to surf the internet?

For those people, if there is, who need to enable the proxy for surfing, do you need to select the option "Bypass proxy for local address"?

singnet bb ADSL don't need to set proxy .. are you using singnet family online (fol) service?
