Ever since my father discovered that cursed PPS website, he's been using it non-stop.

Problem is, everytime he does it, internet in the entire house is literally diverted to him. Our downloads go to a stop. Our internet games become totally unplayable. Even surfing net is frustrating, as sites often lag out before they get to display fully.

Unfortunately, my dad simply loves his PPS too much, and no compromise can be reached here.

How do I limit the bandwidth eaten up by his computer whenever he uses PPS? It wouldn't do for my entire family to stop using the internet due to him wanting to watch some shows.

PPStream?

There are a couple of ways.

If your router has QOS feature, add your dad's computer's IP address to the classification and set to be lower priority than latency-required applications like gaming, websurfing, etc.
