This is just like the HomePlugs by Aztech or Comtrend.

Not really this one have extra ports. And have 200Mbps transfer rate.

I think they are following the same HomePlug AV specification.

U wun be able to get 200Mbps. At best u will get up to about 50Mbps in very clean powerlines but typically, only about 25++Mbps in normal households.
