Hi guys,

I've been using mio router for some time and from my experience so far, the wireless signal has been terrible. Then I thought of setting up my old wrt54g (v2.2) as a repeater to boost the signal and range. Unfortunately, I seem to have lost the power adaptor. :s22:

Anyone here can direct me where to purchase the correct type of power adaptor? I do not know the specifications, and google search results seem to yield many different answers.

Regards,

hi! thanks for the heads up. Is it 12V 1A? I found a 0.8A one in a hardware shop. Is it usable?

12V, 1A, with center pin positive.

Anyway, amperage higher than 1A is ok, but voltage should be very close to 12V.

Try not to get something smaller.. if cant find 1A.. 1.1 or 1.2A will be good too..
