starhub slowdown

i ve been experiencing extremely slow download speed from overseas websites since this morning my download speed using flashget is only 20kb/s. i am very sure it has nothing to do the website being slow cause i always max out my connection when i download from that site.

me d/ling from megaupload(i always get 200kb/s+ in the morning)
