M1 broadband keeps disconnecting

Freaking hell. damn pissed.

actually not me, my gf . Signed up for m1BB for 2mbps plan after she has been using the 1mbs at $22/mnth and during PCShow the promo price was 2mbps @ $19.

ended up getting more disconnection. even right now.

anyones got ideas what to do ? when she's home also face disconnection

signed up for 10mbps plan. its fantastic - much faster than starhub's 8mbps. did not experience dc.

not looking back man.

your case - should check if the connection is loose, or faulty equipment, etc. cannot solve, why not call m1?

I think location plays a major role in deciding the provider, if she already get disconnected on her 1mb she will get the same on 2mb or higher.
