Blackberry 8320 red light flashing

Will like to seek advise on how to solve my blackberry 8320 crisis. Tried to flash my blackberry 8320 to the newer firmware of 4.5 but halfway there was a fatal error encountered. Since then, my phone could not be on and it just keep flashing the red light.

Thanks in advance if you guys can enlighten me on what i should do.

I go google, only issue pple say is the power management for the USB...

but moi vista not managing the USB power leh... so I also dunno what the wtf...

btw, u go google how to restore ur OS... ish ur OS crashed... but I still cannot update my OS lor...
