anyone have freeware to recommend converting HD MOV file to AVI without much loss ??

I tried Mov2Avi, but the quality sucks ! (all setting put as 1:1)

SUPER or Fomat Factory, I am not sure about the settings for not losing quality though..:o

Try Handbrake.

does handbrake convert MOV ?
