Just to wish to share something with you guys
Friday my Dlink DGL4100 suddenly cannot work.
No lights no power.
I dont know its router or power adapter spoil.
Sat bring to Funan
Friendly auntie tested and its the adapter faulty. Heng not unit spoil.
Bought a new power adapter for only $15 and somemore with 1 yr warranty.
I not sure if other brands allow you to just buy power adapter.
Kudos to Dlink
Me also have a DIR300.
will continue to buy Dlink products.
Easy to use and good performance.
Very well priced also.

I'd rather the set be faulty, and get a free replacement (including adapter?).

DGL-4100 only 1yr warranty since its a wired gaming router
Adapter also 1yr warranty
but my set over 1 yr liao so no more warranty
anyway $15 for a new adapter with 1 yr warranty included is confirm worth it

Last time I sent in my router to Jurong. Turned out that the adapter was faulty; was encouraged to buy another one but they replaced it with a usable one for free.

Replaced my 655 bought from the IT show with them.
When i got home, it seemed tt they gave me a used set. Is it a common occurance tt they exchange it with a refurb set?

The last time I had my router replaced, I was given a set that's sealed.
Guess I can safely assumed it's a brand new set.

omg... should I call back n ask... zzz...
When the staff exchange the set for me, the router was in a anti-static bag...

hi guys,
i've lost my receipt and hence need to go gown to tradehub21 to do an exchange for my wireless router which spoil as well as adapter spoilt
will the person exchange a new set for me in a sealed box? or just the router itself?
For my case, it's adapter spoilt and router itself coz when i power on using a different adapter, surprisingly the router is on but it won't load into 192.168.0.1 even after reset button is pressed
And the lan connection doesn't detect well
