Currently my house uses 3 way spliter for my MOL express. one connect to the tv at my living room, one is connected to my brother's room (split to his room cable point) which he subscribe to cable tv and the last one connects to my cable modem.
i realise when he watch his cable tv shows my internet connection drop to about 2-3mpbs on speedtest. is his cable tv affecting my connection?
